"As Is" Products

As Is products are products that are imperfect but are still quality products. these products may slightly misaligned wicks, small dents in containers, Small chips in vessels (still safe to burn). These items are AS IS and can not be returned or exchanged.

Processing Time

Timely delivery is a goal. we strive to get products out to you as soon as possible. Although we have some candles on hand, some candles are specifically made to order. please check out our normal processing time for our inventory

In stock products: 1-3 Business days

Made to order: 5-7 Business Days

Custom orders: 7-10 Business Days

Large orders (10 or more candles at one time): 5-7 Business days

* These times DO NOT include shipping time and are subject to change.

 Returns & Refunds

Our goal is to provide Superior customer service at all times. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than willing to assist. Our products can be returned within 10 days of initial purchase. 

Return & Refund Eligibility:

  1. Product must have been purchased within 10 days of the requested return.
  2. Product must be in the original packaging.
  3. Product can not be used or damaged.
  4. Cannot be a sale or "As is" collection product.
  • Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days for processing.

**Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • When your return is approved, you will be provided with a return label. Once the products have been delivered to us, your refund will be processed. 

Damaged Products

If any of our products is delivered damaged in any form, please notify us within 48 hours. Also, please provide photographs of the damages in order to expedite your claim. 

Sale, Seasonal and As Is" Products

Any sale, "as is" or seasonal products are not eligible for returns and refunds.
